Donating to Derby QUAD is an investment in creativity, culture and community. Your support helps QUAD keep independent cinema, exhibitions, learning programmes and live events accessible to everyone in Derby and beyond.

We are a registered charity delivering a programme of Art, Cinema, and digital media as well as workshops, outreach activities education and creative wellbeing programmes. We are committed to access and inclusion in a welcoming space for all to discover, learn and share for non-traditional audiences.

Donations directly contribute to nurturing local artists and filmmakers, inspiring young people through creative education, and ensuring diverse voices and stories are seen and heard on screen and in the gallery.

At a time when arts funding is increasingly under pressure, your generosity helps QUAD remain a vibrant, welcoming cultural hub — enriching lives, strengthening the local economy and making culture something everyone can take part in, not just observe.

We generate money from a wide range of sources including commercial activities such as the Cafe Bar and revenue funding from Arts Council England and Derby City Council. However, we are still reliant on fundraising activities to support our full programme.

Plus One is a creative partnership that provides free opportunities for young people in care, care leavers and their families to take part in cultural events and engage with the arts in Derby.

Major arts and cultural organisations in Derby have joined forces to provide children in care with opportunities to see and experience live performances, films, workshops, and a host of further arts and culture related opportunities, throughout the city and beyond. Your donation to Plus One makes a massive difference.
